Art Therapy at the CICN Body Therapy Clinic offers a powerful, non-verbal pathway for emotional expression, processing, and integration. It is especially effective when feelings are complex, overwhelming, or difficult to articulate.

Many emotional experiences, trauma, grief, shame, confusion, longing, exist beyond language. In art therapy, these internal states are expressed through colour, texture, shape, and imagery, allowing the psyche to externalise what has been held inside for too long. This process reduces emotional pressure, increases self-awareness, and creates psychological relief without the demand to “explain.”

Guided by trained therapists, clients engage in creative expression within a safe, contained environment where meaning emerges naturally. The focus is not artistic skill or aesthetics, but emotional honesty, self-discovery, and healing. Through this process, clients often experience clarity, emotional release, and a renewed sense of agency over their inner world.
