MBSR and meditation therapy gently retrain the nervous system to move out of survival mode and return to grounded presence and internal stability.

Through structured mindfulness practices, breathwork, body awareness, and guided meditative processes, clients learn how to observe thoughts without being overwhelmed by them, regulate emotional responses, and reconnect with their bodies as anchors of safety.
