At this clinic, we work below language, gently restoring regulation, aliveness, and embodied confidence.
Through carefully curated dance therapy, clients rediscover freedom, rhythm, and emotional release, allowing stored tension and muted desires to move again.

Cuddle Therapy (Safe Touch Therapy)
Cuddle Therapy at the CICN Body Therapy Clinic is a professionally guided, trauma-informed safe-touch experience designed to restore the body’s sense of security, trust, and emotional regulation.
Many people live with touch deprivation, not because they do not desire closeness, but because their bodies learned to associate touch with obligation, anxiety, neglect, or emotional risk. Over time, the nervous system remains guarded, hyper-independent, or emotionally starved. Cuddle Therapy gently re-educates the body that safe, consensual, non-sexual touch can exist without fear or expectation.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Meditation Therapy at the CICN Body Therapy Clinic are designed to help the body and mind recover from chronic stress, mental overload, and emotional fragmentation.
In a world that constantly demands attention, productivity, and emotional control, many nervous systems remain in a persistent state of alert. Over time, this leads to anxiety, irritability, burnout, sleep disturbance, emotional reactivity, and physical tension. MBSR and meditation therapy gently retrain the nervous system to move out of survival mode and return to grounded presence and internal stability.

This training course will prepare you for your journey of becoming a professional Cuddle and equip you with all the necessary tools you need to begin without jittery.
